You proberly know how to do a search type in a word and wait for a list of mainly useless information. Only a few of the pages in a long list will contain what you are looking for. This of course takes time and you have to visit the site to find out if the content is relavent to what you are looking for.
Most search engines have an advanced system to seach for information.

+ searches are useful in that you can add a word or words to the search and those words are listed somewhere on the page that is then listed. An example of this could be search + hut This would do a search for pages containing both search and hut. Hopefully it should list this site near or at the top of the list!
- searches too are useful in that some words have two or more meanings so you exclude those from the search. An example of this could be music - soul This would do a search for music which does not contain soul.

OR retrieves a pages that includes either word A or word B, uppercase OR between words, an example of this could be music rock OR clasical
